  Your Membership may be shared with one additional guest. Please designate your guest at the time of enrollment or contact the Spa to add them to your Membership.
• Roll Over Your Monthly Service
  With an active Membership, you have the flexibility to roll over unused monthly services for up to 3 months. This benefit is available as long as your membership remains active.
• Kumu Eri Sessions
  When redeeming your Membership benefit for a service with Kumu Eri, an additional $15 fee will apply.

Membership Terms & Conditions

• An Active Membership means your Membership remains enrolled with recurring monthly payments.
• All Membership benefits and unused services are forfeited if the Membership is canceled or monthly payments are discontinued.
• Memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months. After completing the initial six-month commitment, your Membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

How long is the Membership commitment?

All Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. After completing the initial six months, your Membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time after the initial commitment with the required written notice, or remain a Member for as long as you wish.

What if I'm unable to use my monthly benefit?

No problem! With an Active Membership, unused monthly benefits may roll over for up to 3 months. You can use your accumulated benefits during a future visit as long as your Membership remains active.

Will I be notified before my benefits expire?

We do not currently send individual expiration reminders. Each Member is responsible for keeping track of and using their available benefits within the applicable rollover period. If you're unsure of your available benefits, please contact the Spa at any time, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Can I freeze my Membership?

Yes. After completing your initial 6-month commitment, you may place your Membership on hold for up to 3 consecutive months, once per calendar year. Please provide written notice by email. Our team will contact you to confirm your Membership freeze.

Can I use my benefits while my Membership is frozen?

No. Monthly benefits cannot be redeemed while your Membership is frozen. When your Membership resumes, your unused benefits will continue from where you left off. The time your Membership is frozen will not count toward the 3-month benefit rollover period.

What happens to my unused benefits if I cancel my Membership?

Unused benefits are available only while your Membership remains active. Once your Membership is canceled, any remaining benefits will expire and cannot be redeemed.

What if I need to cancel before completing 6 months?

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel before completing the initial 6-month commitment, 30 days' written notice is required, and any Membership discounts received during the commitment period may be subject to repayment. Alternatively, you may designate an eligible family member or friend to use your Membership benefits, in accordance with our Membership-sharing policy.

Can I share my Membership?

Yes! Your Membership may be shared with one additional person from your family or friends.

Can I visit the Spa more than once a month?

Absolutely! In addition to your monthly Membership benefit, you'll receive $20 off additional services that are included in your Membership during the same month.

Do Members receive any other discounts?

Yes! Members receive 10% off regular-priced retail products purchased from our Spa Boutique. This discount excludes sales and promotional items.

Can I upgrade my service and still use my credits?

Yes! You can upgrade your service and still use your membership credits. However, you'll need to pay the difference in cost for the upgraded service.

How to Cancel Your Membership

Canceling your Membership is simple. Please follow these steps:

1. Provide Written Notice
   Email the spa with your cancellation request at least 30 days before your next scheduled payment.
2. Use Your Available Benefits
   While your Membership is active, you may use any eligible benefits that have rolled over for up to 3 months. You may also share your Membership benefits with your designated guest according to our Membership-sharing policy.
3. Redeem Benefits Before Cancellation
   Once your Membership is canceled, all unused Membership benefits will expire. We recommend using any eligible benefits before your cancellation takes effect.
4. Cancellation Confirmation
   Our team will review your request and confirm your cancellation by email. If additional information or confirmation is required, we will contact you.
5. Cancellation Is Final
   Once your Membership has been canceled, it cannot be reinstated under the original Membership terms. Any remaining unused benefits will be forfeited.
