If you book online to reserve an appointment time, we will have to call you to retain this information and rebook the appointment so that all guests receive the necessary intake form.

Please note that all Gift Certificate sales are final, non-refundable, and transferable. Our eGift Certificates are designed as dollar-amount gifts, and the amount will be displayed on the eGift. If you prefer to purchase a physical gift card with only the services listed and no dollar amount shown, please call us directly. We'll be happy to assist you with this option.
