COVID PANDEMIC PROTOCOL

OUR GOAL IS FOR OUR CLIENTELE TO FEEL AS RELAXED AND REJUVENATED AS POSSIBLE WHILE BEING MINDFUL OF THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AND ONESELF.


NEW REGULATIONS

We are complying with the new state regulations that mandate us to ask you to show proof of full vaccination with ID or proof of a negative Covid test result taken within 48 hours of your appointment.

If you had a close contact with someone who tested positive for Covid, please wait to come to the spa until you get a negative Covid test result.

If you need to fill out forms when you arrive, we will ask you to do so outside. We have several chairs available.

When sipping tea and water, we ask you to replace your mask after each sip. We also can give you tea to go if you prefer.


SPA PROTOCOL

If you are feeling sick OR think that you are getting sick 24 hours before the appointment start time, please book for a different time or call us right away to reschedule your already existing appointment.

Please let us know if you have traveled off-island within the last 14 days. If you have, please wait until your designated quarantine period has ended or show proof of either vaccination or your negative Covid test result by sending it via email or showing it upon appointment arrival. You can also email us a copy of your vaccination card or negative Covid test result to lomilomihanalima@gmail.com.
All clients will be emailed our COVID-19 Information and Consent form before each appointment. We ask that this form be filled out within 24 hours prior to appointment time. We encourage to fill out forms online. If unable to access these forms, they can be filled out in person outside of our reception.

DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to fill out any forms that might pertain to you as well as given enough time for parking.

Please leave your shoes at the shoe rack to the right of our door outside, and we will give you a pair of our indoor spa slippers that have previously been scrubbed, disinfected, and sterilized. It is for your safety and comfort.

A member of our staff will greet you at our door, take your temperature, ask you to sanitize your hands and then bring you spa slippers. Masks are required for all clients for entrance into the building and our spa.

Masks are to be worn at all times except when a therapist or esthetician has instructed otherwise.


AFTER YOUR SERVICE

Your therapist or esthetician will escort you to our Relaxation Room for tea and water. TO-GO Cups are also available upon request and are BIODEGRADABLE!

We use Barbicide & 80% Alcohol products to disinfect and sterilize our carefully and safely teacups, glassware, supa slippers, tools, and surfaces. 

We installed Medical Grade Air Purifiers in each room.
We have 2 medical grade Trio-Portable-Air-Purifier in the spa.
We also have iWave in each AC unit.
